As many of you have noticed, this site has not been updated as frequently as I would like. The reason – LIFE! I have more on my plate than I can chew and some of my hobbies have had to be put on standby. It saddens me to have to let go of this website after almost one year of existence, so I have instead decided to reach out to the HIM community and ask for your help.
Who I’m looking for:
- English speaking fans to help out with the updates on this website .
- Portuguese fans to administrate the new Portuguese version of the HIM Library which I am planning to create, including translation of the main site info and future updates. (Since the HIM Library is a Portuguese based fansite, it’s only fair that there is a version in our native language as well… não é verdade?)
- I will accept collaboration from other (non-english) HIM fansites if you are interested in a partnership. (read post for details)

- Age
- Country
- Do you know how to work with WordPress? If not, do you have any experience with other blogging platforms?
- a link to a blog, myspace page, or website, etc that you maintain.
- How much time can you spare (daily or other) for researching, searching and posting HIM updates on this website.
- How well do you understand/write in English? (for the English website)
- Can you write Portuguese fluently and translate from English? (for the portuguese website)- please send your translation of this text: www.himlibrary.com/him
- What other languages do you know?
- For how long have you known the band?
- What do you think of Ville Valo?
- What do you think of people who don’t like HIM?
- More specific questions may be asked after you’ve submitted your email.
Note: if you can speak both Portuguese and English you may apply for both versions of this website.
HIM Fansites interested in a partnership please read:
- If you have a non-english HIM website and are willing to translate a few of your posts to English and post them on the HIM Library, you will be featured as our partner and are allowed to post links of interest redirecting to your website.
